The company was established in 1993 as a professional manufacturer of liquid silicone products and has been engaged in this field since then.

In 1996 the company started exporting worldwide and Hsiner has, through constant efforts, built up a good reputation in the local market and OEM/ODM businesses for both medical accessories and baby nipple, as well as various silicone molding products.

In March 2006, Hsiner moved to a new factory, built in accordance with GMP requirements. It occupies 6600 square meters total building area, with clean class 10K, 100K, and many more advanced facilities.
